🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • Yes, you have 30 days after receipt to return or exchange a piece of jewelry that does not suit you.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order.

  • Once your return has been validated, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

  • For reasons of hygiene, worn products cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns are only accepted for new, unworn items in their original packaging, within 30 days of receipt.

  • In this rare case, please contact our customer service department. Your jewel will be replaced free of charge as part of our warranty.
